Factories in China are scattered all over the place. Some in Cities, some on the outskirts, some in villages, some out in the countryside. The short answer is NO.
Some buildings you drive past may even house several factories, but no sign out front, you wouldn't even know they're there or what they produce.

)do think you can do as following:
First ,write down what kinds of products you want to have a look.
second ,Check out where are the mai supplier of these items .
At last ,you can collect these information and check where can contain most of the items you want ,then you can have an idea about it .
May be my way looks smaple ,but to do is not so easy .Anyway I think it is a piece of idea .I am a Chinese .I can say I know everywhere of China.But I think I know the palce where I stay well.I am working in Zhejiang province now .And most people know that Zhejiang is the biggest ecomy province in China .From garment to machines ,from small to big ,from sea goods to land goods .I think Zhejiang can products almost everything of common using.May be a lot of people don't agree with me .It doesn't matter .but i do think Zhejiang has develoed a lot and been developing very fast in these years and will develop more faster in the future .For its talants ,sources ,policies and so on!
