I heard that fake goods can be graded. One: How is this even possible? Two: Who grades them and who buys these fake goods?

If you are from China or Korea, you know this is TRUE!! : )
The most famous one I heard about is the brand name hand bags, there are AA, A, B, C and D grade, prices also varies from different grade........
I know this sounds amazing...... but it is true. You can get a brand new, latest released LV handbag for USD$100 or less.
