I too saw that. Those prices were horrible. I run an online store in Canada ( www.sensibleshoppers.com ) and I cannot get authorized to sell these units online. A store front is needed. If I were to purchase bulk from, let's say the UK, would I be "allowed" to sell these online? Ranger? Would you know? Thanks!

Those are selling in Canada/US only. I assumed it is voltage regulator. And those monitor and tv are for western format standard NTSC.
