Ok. Basically, I need some feedback here. Basically, I am looking to buy phones. I found this guy in Cotonou, Benin Republic in Africa.
He accepts paypal, but says only on orders $3k +. I sent a few dollars to test, It came up a different name, and he says it is his friend in the US.
I have no problem sending $3k to someone I trust, but for a test order he says wire transfer only, no paypal.
What should I do?

Replying to [jalar]:Hello jalar,
first of all, all cheap phones on the merket are falsified, even if you call them refurbished.
You do not just buy phones paying with paypal. If you do not have a problem loosing your money it better to invite me to a big party with a nice bottle 1968 domperion.
Leaf me his name and I will try to check on him

Replying to [jalar]: It's a scam. Genuine seller would not reject escrow service. Since you have the cash, there's a way to spend it on proper way than give out to scammer. Let me name some:
- Sponsor a kid in Philippines for education
- Donate it to Save the children in Afghanistan
Just watchout dealing with seller online especially in mobile.

People in Benin are not allowed to have PayPal accounts. Please visit:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside
You won't see Benin or it's neighbor's on that list there.
