I have dealt with them. In fact, I have visited their office in Azusa and met with them personally. They showed me a stock in excess of 300 ipod nanos (I took a picture of them when I went there), so I trusted them. I sent money and ordered and was in frequent communication with them. Things started to get suspicious after awhile when all I got from them was news of delays and excuses for rescheduling pickup (my home is within 25 miles of Azusa, so that's how I met them in person and also why the order was set for pickup rather than shipment). Finally, after over a month and a half waiting for an order they claimed would take 10-14 days, I demanded that they come up with my product and at that point they faxed me the following message: "Thank you for all of your cooperation, at this time you will notice that attached is refund documentation. At this time we have received and shipped out all of our product and are happy to provide you with a full refund. Please fill out the appropriate documentation and fax it to (626) 812-6801, in order for us to provide your refund as swiftly as possible. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful holiday season. - Evan Scott (E C Connect)" I had contact with another customer who had a similar experience but he was less patient than I was and he requested a refund sooner. He got his money back within two days. I don't know exactly what the deal is, maybe they're using customer money as capital to purchase, resell on their own, turn a profit, and then refund after using that money...that's actually a smart idea on their part, because as long as they issue a refund they are not committing any crimes (that I know of), but I am very dissatisfied as a customer. I am certain that they are actually ordering and receiving nanos, but I cannot confirm whether anybody has ever actually received their units from them - only refunds after long periods of time.

They must be in the same boat as everyone else..
I have not heard of any Alibaba supplier providing any products yet...
always delays and more delays...

I have gotten some product from them, but alot of product is still missing. Lots of storys and broken promises. I am sure they have had a run of bad luck. Thats all.

Sorry for my delayed response on this, i have given up on bringing products in etc after this hence never visitied back here.
I am still out of pocket, there website appears gone?
I cannot contact them, i have filed complaints with authorities and sent all the requested information to them.
I warn anyone not to deal with them, they are next to unreachable especially once they have your money.......And you will not recieve any products.
