I have purchased some iphone cases from a supplier. When I received them, they were all low quality and some of them were defected as well. So I contacted the supplier, we both agreed to return the goods back to the supplier and they will full refund me. Now, the supplier has received the goods and agreed to refund me in the complaint center. However, aliexpress is still holding the money.
Can anyone tell me how long it will take aliexpress to respond or refund me in a process like this?
