I am interested to share my experience of the last few months, and looking for advice from you.
We are a small company supplying herbs from Malaysia, getting buyers from the USA, he was interested and would like to buy Smilax myosotiflora powder. As usual the buyer before purchase, they must want sample of the first, he would like to buy a sample of 1kg. When I make a delivery, I was informed by the shipping company that I have to register the product with the FDA. When I refer to the FDA, they charge a registration fee to me above USD600 a year. But the product is only worth USD30 sample. I am not willing to bear the risk of loss, if the buyer no longer wants to buy from me.
