How to deal with scammer customers ? 4 replies,282 views

I deal with a lot of customer all over the world, but some of the customer don't want to pay the sample charge even freight cost, we send them the sample free ,but we can't get back any news ever since then . I heard that they just want samples. They have no idea how expensive the cost for samples.

Have you ever have same bad experience ? How are you gonna to do with them ?

send the sample to buyers when you receive their money or remittance.

Sample can be sent free, but freight cost must be received first,or ask them to provide couier account!

Tell customer your sorrows, they will understand you. to the scammers they will never want to share you anything, so the sample supply is a way to choose good cutomer from bad ones.

Sample i may be sent free ,but we must be learn to analysis the buyers by experience.and freight cost must be received first,
