i had bought a alien ware laptop from her for 150 USD and its been 10 days and i have not recieved it yet and the tracking number she gave does not work..... could customs be the culprit or was this a shady deal ?

I havent recived yet for 7days too, seller dont reply and give me bed tracking number and dont reply. i paid him about 500usd.
