My boss and i worry about our balance very much. Ieven don't know whether i should belive my csutomer or not. As he always said the balance has been sent .But the goods will arrive, still not receive the balance, how can i ask  my customer /

If he has really sent the money he shoud have proof??

I assume you still have not provided the original B/L??

Why not just say the money has not arrived and if your customer can confirm how the money was sent. If he can provide copy of the deposit (or whatever document) so you can check any problem at your side???
