what the problem?

Hi Jacky I had made an order with a company called Nonstop Technology . I had made an order for two Samsung x820 phones threw Aliexpress.com I never recived the phones but Aliexpress made my payment to Nonstop Technology. This should not have been made until I notified Aliexpress that I had the phones. Nonstop Technolgy even wanted more money from me for the delivery saying that I lived in a remote area , This is not true. I made the payment threw the system but it was not allowed so Nonstop asked me to pay them direct . Is this allowed ? As I thought all payments had to go threw Aliexprees. The phones arrived into Portugal some 8 weeks latter when it should have been 3.5 weeks. At this stage I just wanted my money back as the company that was holding them in Portugal also wanted a fee to realise the phones. I have sent Nonstop an email asking for my money back in which I paid in full also my remote fee in which they charged me extra for at $35.00. Can you look into this as I now have to get my Visa company to act on my behalf this company should not be trading if they do not provide the goods. I have an email from DHL Portugal saying that the shipment went back to the supplier and no one has made contact with me to make the full refund.
