Want to clarified the following:

Excample : Product  i bought was advertise a "well known Brand name " but i received a cheap imitation surely this is fraud ! but

why does a AliExpress Buyer Protection advertise that : 'iF the order that you received is not as described you can also negoliate with the supplier for a part refund" [em5]Why a part refund ? Fraud is Fraud why protect the scammers ?

First ting you have to know, you NOT buy brand name from China they are all copy and most of the timre you dont recive any thing at all

yes, you should't buy brand name products from china at low price, brand products never sell at low price
