i believe the postage the supplier quoted you are couriers services,it is door and door service, like dhl, fedex, ups, tnt.
The postages are quoted based on the volume or the weight of each package.
Airlines charges are based on a mininum shipment density. The greater of the volumetric weight or actual weight of your package will be used calculate your shipping costs.
