ESCROW - do suppliers get charged 5%? 13 replies,2707 views

Hi All,

I posted this last night but It seems to have vanished today???

I am looking to buy some items and the seller wants to charge me an extra 5% if I pay by Escrow as they say Alibaba takes 5% of the ESCROW money.

Quote "If you want to pay through Escrow is ok. Just we need to pay 5% of procedure feed to alibaba department".

I am not aware this is the case?? I know I pay a fee for the transaction as the buyer but it has no cost for the supplier does it?

yes,it will charge 3%~5% fee by alibaba as i know.

[em7]Yes, have to pay alibaba 3% - 5%, the money is there in supplier deducted, because alibaba provides supplier free shops, thank you.
