There are always have not any feedback from client after the quotation was sent.

Why they not reply our quote?

What's the most special thing care about?

Different country client care about different things?

[em2]because you are not the only person sent the quotation and he was not only send the inquire to you,but lots of companies

The fact we may know that every time we get an enquiry, there will be also more competitors fighting us in somewhere.

So the key is make us stand out from the suppliers which the buyer have contacted. Of cause there are many prospects the potential customer will consider, which we can not all know about it.

However, there are surely something many customer, at least real buyers,  will care about:

1. professional: try to make your quotation comprehensive, including all the informations which customer have asked, may add something else, which may affect the cost.

2, Trust: Briefly introduce your company in which customer will trust you can do the products well

in my country in this web i think i can't buy anyting from it's waste my time i dont care about the quality or what i this need to buy things that what i want

when you doubt why you can not get any of answers after you reply an inquiry,it's just because a client of FCKing junk.
