Escrow Swift Code and Bank Information INCORRECT? 3 replies,1642 views

I received the following information for the alibaba escrow- Beneficiary Name: Alipay Singapore E-Commerce Pte Ltd Beneficiary Bank: CITIBANK N.A., SINGAPORE BRANCH Beneficiary address: 10 Collyer Quay, #10-01 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315 Beneficiary acct: 026123456789000 Beneficiary Bank Address: 3 Temasek Avenue,#11-00 Centennial Tower,Singapore 039190 Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: CITISGSG Beneficiary Bank Phone Number: +65-6224-2622 Beneficiary Bank Email Address: singapore.citiservice@citi.com But when I tried calling CITI Bank to verify the Swift code, they told me that the Swift code was inccorect and the Bank address did not exist! Am I missing something here? Who has used alibaba escrow with the above information and been successful?

I'd suggest you come to alibaba to confirm the swif code and tell them what you get from city bank.

it's more secure in this way

phone the bank to get all the details and you might also check on [url]http://bankspedia.com/swift-code/[/url] for the swift codes
