Does the customer mind you call him directly without permission???

We have given the pricelist to the customer who we have meet in Canton fair or got inquiry from Alibaba site

But after  i sent the quatation, then customer almost disappeared for someime , I hope the customer will give us some suggestion about this case ,   i have question for this , what did they think when received the price,and

when to contact with him in a good time????   i need a sugestion . Thanks

you should take 2 or 3 follow up on mail. If they are not reading mail or not replying your mail. You can contact him..

First followup should be formal with the help of mail and this will support you when you will introduce to yourself telephonically ... As good genuine Buyer/Supplier will always talk to you in proper way ... but its our etiquette that introduction should be first by mail ... After all finally we have to call because formal mail will not give the way .. Regards : Shiv

[em19], Thanks a lot for your time and suggestions, too much strange call will borther the customers,   it is good to follow the step by email ,   it is better to follow the step by email ,

[em19] right, thanks for your time and suggestions, we got to follow the etiquette , right, it is respect to the customer ,  sometimes , when we call the customer to get the right email adress, we have checked twice by the address, but it is still not come to right way caused by the different accent. it is a little bit hard  to contact with him by call,  Customer  may annoyed by that.   it is a confused question .

Yes, you can call a client, if needed..some timese, email goes to SPAM folders, then it is better to call a client..
