How to discuss fee with a customer. Ask the supplier to make fee allowance in product pricing .
Add your fee in product pricing before submitting it to the customer.
Get a written agreement with the supplier for your fee and they are then obligated to pay the fee.
I agree with some of the posts that if an company wants to do business the fee is not a problem.
Most companies do not like paying fees be it buyer or seller. I signed to sellars by walking them through an actual sale and concluded the sale by laying down the agreement first then you get the sale. Second see what they are willing to pay you for your services. Offer trade leads for example 250 for 75.00 .be creative.

Hello,

 

We ship out items every day in the United States and out. What has worked best for us is a shipping broker. Shop them -- they will vary in pricing. Once you find a reasonable one, establish a good working relationship. They will bend over backwards for you. It tooks us a while to find a good shipping broker. However well worth it now.

Sometimes you maybe think it's too difficult to deal with any order due to freight, mould charges or other fee, I think, the best solution is that you must quite know your product and must have a reliable channel.

In this case, you may calculate the cost and weight by yourself quickly or ask your 'channel' to get a prompt and lowest 'cooperation price'.

As for international express, if you would betterh have agreement with express company (like DHL, Fedex, UPS or other), I know my company can enjoy agreement price with them which is much more favourable than normal price.

I agree with Katrina Lee we should let the customers know that our price isn`t expensive.But how to do it you need to think about it.
