We ship out items every day in the United States and out. What has worked best for us is a shipping broker. Shop them -- they will vary in pricing. Once you find a reasonable one, establish a good working relationship. They will bend over backwards for you. It tooks us a while to find a good shipping broker. However well worth it now.
Sometimes you maybe think it's too difficult to deal with any order due to freight, mould charges or other fee, I think, the best solution is that you must quite know your product and must have a reliable channel.
In this case, you may calculate the cost and weight by yourself quickly or ask your 'channel' to get a prompt and lowest 'cooperation price'.
As for international express, if you would betterh have agreement with express company (like DHL, Fedex, UPS or other), I know my company can enjoy agreement price with them which is much more favourable than normal price.
