actually i need some help from you. some days in past i made a deal with a chinese company to purchase a computer. i bought it from their website. i deleiver the money to them through westren union. after receiving the amount they gave me a tracking #(ems.com.cn) but tracking # is not working and the company is not replying me of my emails and their website is also not working.
plz tell me that what i should do and how i can report to china police for this????
plz help me other wise i will never trust in any china company.
