We purchased vacum food bags from a company in China. After have seen there samples we decided to purchase ther stock.

The when it arrived proved to be of very poor qualtity . the company profile said " there Quality control is the soul of there company"

What can we do ?

before loading the goods, you can find a third party testing/inspection company to examine goods

You can complain to the company about the faulty product as there policy is of quality product and it is there job to replace it.

First of all, you need to provide  the evidence of the poor quality to the suppliers

Secondly, you need to get  the case report at the port of discharge.Your shipping forward can help you.
