I have recently received a shipment containing several faulty and DOA items.
The merchant is not responding to emails, yet prior to order confirmation they were a willing communicator.
I have just spent well over 2 hours trying to lodge a dispute.
The server will not accept it. I get "server busy " messages, or alternatively the page just sits there with a "contacting AliExpress" progress notification, it eventually just times out. I have tried many times with similar frustrations.
Does anyone know if they have a server outage or is this normal.
I have scoured the contact details but it all just goes in a mindless time-wasting circle.
Does anyone here have an email address to contact them.
