Who is responsible to remove or ban scam suppliers?
How about free member suppliers, are they banned ?
How long it takes to do it?

In my case I reported yutian liu from aliexpress, he is steel active and scamming. I assume if I pay by ESCROW and supplier asks me to confirm delivery before sending the product (he gave me fake EMS tracking number) than it is a scam...

There a lot of scam Company in Computer & software .Location - Malaysia . They still operation with online chat 24 hours . Pls take action .

me also..my order still have not arrived until now for nearly 1 month +. her name is lohaser wang. i received email confirming order received before i received the item. is this valid way in alieexpress??? she received money before i get the item!

aliexpress is not definetly dependable. you should judge by more aspects before paying.

Alibaba just a suggestion;you should have a tab that you can go to to check on any company who has ongoing complaint for not shipping products .One for each country whether its China ,Pk,USA just a one location,broken down by countries.I feel this would be the best way to have control over the repeat customers/sellers from ripping people off.

To show how many claims the seller has?! I wonder if Aliexpress or Alibaba will do it ever... but definetly it will help to detect scammers.
If they will do so I am sure they will loose lots of costumers...  In case of ESCROW payment they keep your money, even for scam for all mediation time, and apparently it is very long,   and you can not be really sure that you will be refunded after all.
What scammers have to loose?! Absolutely nothing...
