ATTENTION...................NEVER MENTIONED BEFORE!!!!
Dear friends.
Like hundreds of others, i have also been a fraud victim by one of the sellers in Aliexpress site.
After making an inquiry, i realized that there must be tons of fraud sellers in here.
For example, for one item which i was searching, All 7 sellers providing this thing, ALL DIRECTLY REFUSED TO BE PAID BY ESCROW.
So, i reported my case and for days now my payment is frozen and under "investigation"................
Well, i made some thoughts and also i read from some people, that the existance of fraud sellers in Alibaba's-Aliexpress's-Escrow's site, is not their fault.
Well.............................i am afraid that they encourage this system and i will explain why.
I paid 690$ in Euro. So someone converts my money to usd and if and when, i will be refund, they will convert again from usd to euro. Of course my money are staying on their hands for at least few weeks, as long the "investigation" takes place!
Now, consinder all these conversions of all MY, YOURS, EVERYBODIES MONEY, how much profit give to them!!!!!!!!!!
I do not know who but someone is making biiiiiig money from all these conversions for the fraud transactions.
Think about it.
Other, vastly bigger e-shopping sites, have the ways to control their sellers and nothing happens and this site is like a nest fraud sellers.
If they realy wanted to get rid of them, they could ask for a Guarantee deposit of an amount from the sellers, so in case of fraud, penalties could be paid by them and everybody would think twice to play this game again. But noooooooo..............
So use your common sense and tell me if you do not suspect that Alibaba-Aliexpress-Escrow are not deliberately involved in this trick.
Do not ask me, make your own conclusions.
Please, the only way to protect rest of the people from loosing their money too, is to pass on this message and never use Alibaba's-Aliexpress's-Escrow's sites again.
This way we will make them to get a real job and stop cheating innocent people which had the bad luck to trust them.
Also a friend here has an also very good suggestion. Report them to Fraud Alibaba on Facebook!!!

[em6][em6]these people are quick to slam their non Chinese customers and very slow to service the ones paying for their services. I have had several issues and have been patient with no responce. I have had several of thier so called Verified Vendors request for me to send money direct, reported them and left Neg Feedback which never seems to show on their store front site.... international crooks and they don't care.

SO Many other options, we should used them and let this company know they are not able to treat people this way. [em5]

Scammers.....Each and Every One!!!!

AliExpress escrow is a bigger scam than WaterGate!!! Claims are just arguments between suppliers and customers. After submitting evidence clearly showing that the supplier is full of **it, they still won't just make a decision. This money hungry supplier is not about to give anyone a refund!

After 10 days of nothing from the supplier and AliExpress, I emailed (cause you can't call them) to check on the status and these CROOKS contacted this person and told her to respond. Parties are supposed to respond within 3 days, not 10. I will NEVER as long as I live, use this FRAUDULENT service again. As a matter of fact, as soon as this issue is resolved, I am closing this account/membership and cremating any remains!!!! $216.49 of my hard earned money in the hands of people who have no idea of what customer service is. I hope Grace Yao and her little raggedy company fold like a fluffy omelet from IHOP! 35 days since the complaint was made and nothing!!! I hope that for every customer she defrauds, 10 of her products turn to ash by way of spontaneous combustion!!! If you are new to Alibaba/Aliexpress/Escrow, I advise you to run, run, as fast as you can!!! Turn away and never consider using them again. You are more likely to be cheated than satisfied.

Escrow Arbitration - a joke!
I ordered some 9W spots on AliExpress but they sent me 3W. The supplier admitted that they did it on purpose. I complained to Escrow and their decision was either I get 30% discount or I return them at MY EXPENSE!! You get it? The supplier lied in the advert, sent me stuff I didn't order amd I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN IT!! No that's what I call impatial arbitration! It's about time that AliBaba removed dishonest traders from it's site amd makes Escrow a real arbitrtaion service. Unfortunately PayPal won't work with AliBaba, otherwise they would have dealt with the issue correctly. I may make a complaint to VISA International.

The amazing thing is that I made a payment by credit card,went thru verisign, and everything was alright. Then a few hours later I got an email saying transaction closed for security reasons. Now they want a copy of my passport, a scan of both sides of my credit card and a credit card statement !!!!!!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE !!!!

I have had the identical problem and have let all friends etc. know via Facebook to never deal with this company. Soon they will be out of operation if Facebook does it's job. Does anyone else have advice on how we a can get this company to Own up ?

i have ordered a great deal (between 8-10k) over the last year through aliexpress and never needed to dispute... i recently received $180 worth of merchandise from a new supplier and all of it is damaged and pretty worthless to attempt resale. it took them so long to fill the order they had to keep extending and by the time I received it the payment was already released and the 'dispute' button is no longer visible. I have read a million help pages and I am trying to get in touch with aliexpress directly but cannot find someone to send an email. can someone help point me in the right direction? i have corresponded a ton w/this supplier and now they are ignoring all of my messages and emails HELP please thank you

NE Commandez rien par eux Do Not order true them on july 27 ordered a cell phone with them receved 5 weeks later suprise it was locked to rogers Was supposed to be unlocked since then no service by aliexpress or the suplyer schingen seems to be their way of being 100 per cent for the customers en juillet j ai commander un cell recu 5 semaines plus tard baré a rogers depuis j envois des emails a aliexpress et a shengen aucun retour pas de service et le cell ne me sert a rien merci aliexpress super service de derniere qualité

It seems Escrow is not a good payment term for clients, We just have a client place the order by it.
Fortunately, we are a good reputation supplier and my customer is also a good one. Although we just do one transaction.
