AliExpress escrow is a bigger scam than WaterGate!!! Claims are just arguments between suppliers and customers. After submitting evidence clearly showing that the supplier is full of **it, they still won't just make a decision. This money hungry supplier is not about to give anyone a refund!
After 10 days of nothing from the supplier and AliExpress, I emailed (cause you can't call them) to check on the status and these CROOKS contacted this person and told her to respond. Parties are supposed to respond within 3 days, not 10. I will NEVER as long as I live, use this FRAUDULENT service again. As a matter of fact, as soon as this issue is resolved, I am closing this account/membership and cremating any remains!!!! $216.49 of my hard earned money in the hands of people who have no idea of what customer service is. I hope Grace Yao and her little raggedy company fold like a fluffy omelet from IHOP! 35 days since the complaint was made and nothing!!! I hope that for every customer she defrauds, 10 of her products turn to ash by way of spontaneous combustion!!! If you are new to Alibaba/Aliexpress/Escrow, I advise you to run, run, as fast as you can!!! Turn away and never consider using them again. You are more likely to be cheated than satisfied.
