After they verified their product is faculty, sent the gps tracker not as i their post, they just completely ignored to solve solution as promised by Mike Zhang, now for few day they have removed all post, all their so called staffs offline. Are they only worth US$170, they have to change their name and style of Business ? They are just a small, like thousand of counter traders in shenzhen electronic city whom claim they are manufacturer. If any body interested to buy Gps or tracker, services, spend a little more browse though and check completely details of the saleman name and company personal before purchase, especially seller fro china, in alibaba or aliexpress ? Don't be like me, wanted the highest price and best of the range of the said product but received incomplete, faculty, tempered product. Once received already bring out such problems, they continue holding and wasting my time till last few days, finally claimed and conformed their product is faculty....Upon that they have completely removed all their post, all people are offline.

I got a few from other are great but from the above person, back up battery is not working but claim that it is dangerous if there is battery in it, many excuses. So be real careful when buying gps from china sale people, wanted money only not for the sake of safety..
