- with proven record of success in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering and Production Supervision in large Steelmaking Company
- easy to learn, responsible and good communication skills
- multiyear experience in EAF Steelmaking and Thin Slab Continuous Casting.

The number of employees under EAF mill manager supervision is 407.
Directly report to the Chief Operating Officer.

In direct subordinate are:
- Maintenance manager (mechanic)
- Maintenance manager (electric)
- Process control manager
- Mill manager deputy (production)
EAF mill manager also closely cooperates with Quality and Technology Department, for any issues related technology or quality.

EAF mill is 3 years old and apply a latest technologies in steel making:
- bottom tap furnace (working volume is 160 tones, 24/7 operation)
- 2 LRF
- Vacuum degasser
- Thin Slab Continues Caster

EAF produces 30 different steel grades.

EAF mill includes 5 areas:
- Scrap yard
- Preparation Area
- Steel melting area
- Caster
- Ladles Relining area

EAF Mill Manager objectives:
- To reduce melting time (- 5 minutes) (heat size is 160 tones)
