Gifts and luxuries and Eselbuy are both indeed the same company.
They are both in NY (big coincedence)
They both have the same web hosting company.
They both have very similar pricing and strategies on Alibaba (being TrustPass members)
Neither of them have any customer references? Why, because they are scammers.
Do not think for a moment, if they are replying to your e-mails and posts regarding their company that it shows any legitimacy.
These people do not have a clue as to what they are talking about dealing with the products they sell. Roxana Trickey from Eselbuy and I have had lenghty conversations regarding the Xbox. This uneducated and unprofessional lady proved my point over and over.
I live in NY myself and I know what measures these people will take to steal your money, registering their company with the state only gives them legal right to hold on to your money and make excuses about it.

Ok, if you?re a customer of ours, let me know. Because if you?re waiting for your XBOX 360 you will not get them, I am just going to offer you a refund, even if you didn't ask for one, if you already got a refund because you decided not to wait anymore and we understand, then tell people in this forum how fast you got it ( shorter than 24hrs). So how low can you get posting this after you got a refund in such a short time?

Since when is it unprofessional to respond to e-mails or call to update your customers? And since you won't place your name on here or tell me about it over the phone, then why do waste my time keeping you updated with your XBOX order, because the only thing your going to get is your money back and I will sell them to some one else. And to say some one is uneducated, that is low class and uncalled for. If you want to be a man and talk to me on the phone, I will be waiting; stop hiding behind a forum, a real man would pick up the phone and speak what he has to say.

By the way, there is a big difference in our companies; giftsofluxury area code on their website is (347) that is New York City and our area code (315) Syracuse, New York (upstate/western NY). That's well over 400 miles in distance between the two companies. Get an atlas next time you make a comparison like that, because this makes your look really ignorant. And if you can show me on the registration documents we have one thing that is similar with the other company (I suppose you checked both companies documents) then I promise not to say anything again.

The fact that I have a Trust Pass means nothing; there are hundreds of people with a trust pass and working with the same products. So I don?t really see the relevance in that statement.

Similar pricing, aren?t we all dealing with these products? If I see your product for the same price on eBay and 1000 more other people with similar prices as yours and because you have gold star and they also have that, it means that you are one and the same? Well that is a new perspective of seeing things.

WOW, aren't you an angel, for you to offer refunds on merchandise that you failed to deliver as agreed in the first place, because as implied from your quote above, you have an option of keeping the loot. In case it is not that obvious already, your present nightmare stems from you trying to create an impression of a dependable supplier, when in all honesty you are nothing more than an aspiring BROKER, you have to be reliable for people to trust you in business.

While you may not have started this business to defraud folks, anyone who thinks you are going to sit there and lose money needs a reality check. Any business that fails to put in place a solid contigency plan for when things do not go according to plan, usually defrauds their clients for damage control and client doing business with that type of company WILL lose some or all of their money, reliability and their hard earned reputation. This is what you need to work on in order to nurture and reassure your client rather than resort to empty threats of litigation.

Lastly you need to spell check or have someone that is not grammatically challenged handle all your correspondences from here on, it will make your rebuttals smarter and sensible to read, however the funny aspect of your responses, that you can't help.

Get a life; our true customers know we give a high level of customer service. You on the other hand are not one of our customers; you don't tell us who you are, what your order numbers is and when you ordered it. Most likely you are a bunch of little children trying to play a game on here.
Our customers call us just to let us know that people like you exist and to be aware of you. They pay no heed to you or does any one else with a pulse. Why don't you go back to Wal-Mart and play on their XBOX s. Get a job, get a life and get lost.

Has anyone who ordered good from Eselbuy received anything? I know we did not, they stopped replying to our e-mails over a month ago. They finally took down their sham of an "update" page that hadn't been touched since early/mid December 2005. I found it funny that they complained to their supplier that they wanted updates every couple days but they let their customers go weeks without replies or updates.
