FYI dazzlemite, FBI is a law enforcement agency, they do not file lawsuits or protect you from lawsuits, whether frivilous or not.

In America anyone can sue anyone for anything, no matter how silly it is.  But Eselbuy is full of empty threats.  As if they would spend the thousands of dollars on a lawyer to sue for the comment posted.  They have no idea whats involved. 

So far they are unprofessional, do not process orders and dont respond to emails once payment is made.  This is from personal experience.

Actually, we only added that they were both rip-off merchants after everyone was advising they were the same companies.  If you look on their websites-awfully similar, but hey, they might all just be copying the websites from eachother-who knows?!!!

The thing I am interested in is that you haven't received your item nor a response or a refund. 

I placed it on friday 11/25 to see if they are legit.  I paid via credit card.  They never shipped the product within 3-days like they promised.  After order was placed they wouldnt respond to anything. 

Customer service is non-existant, and prices suck too.

If you've been scammed by Eselbuy then post it at www.badsuppliers.com  since they were recently taken off the bad supplier list because someone retracted their statement on that board regarding the scam.

And by the way  GoombaJon you didn't place it with us, because we don't promise to deliever anything with in three days...and we don't accpet  CC for such a short delivery time.  I am contacting Alibaba and have investigated and I will find out who you and then I am going to sue you.   You are posting reckless comments about my company that is causing us to lose business and yes I will find you and  bring you to court.

You say the payment has been made. Alright, has your card being charged? Please answer to us and we will take the action necessary to resolve this issue.

I never said you were Gifts of Luxury.  Why dont you respond to customer emails?
