help!!how to issue a business invitation letter for foreign customer?

Recently one of my customer need me issue an invitation letter for him to join in a Fair in our city,which will help him to get visa in Chinese Embassy in his country then.
However,I am an freshman about this and in need of your help and appreciate your kind and earlier reply.

Replying to [Remember]:
You have to send him an Invitation letter in 2 originals typed in your company blanklist. Indicating the name of the person invited and the reason you would lile to invite him. One of origin you send to the person you would like to invite and the 2nd letter you send to Chinese Embassy in his country.
