It's too confused in "my alibaba" :about  detail information of enquires.Because it cause unnecessary difficult when reading the  detail infomation of enquires.

I hope you alibaba be able to improve and adapt it as soon as possible. Remember we are you customers and we are your golder suppliers.

Maybe you can create ' AL0BABA 3D' See it, Smell it,Touch it ,Taste it.

Why not! This is commerce we are selling and buying different things ,But most of the time seeing is not enough.

Always we require samples to Smell it maybe 'if its perfume or similar' , we want to touch it 'maybe a fabric' , we want to taste it for foods maybe.

Also for trial each person may have 3D Gl to try on a Cloth maybe , or to drive a motocycle.This is the more attractive way of advertisement.

Everytime we are paying lots for logistics even more we are losing time, sometimes our customers for not getting the samples on time.

This is my imagination,but advertisement is all about imagination.

Maybe someday our sons and daughters will live it.

Think that i am touching your product now and you say that you like the smell of my perfume.Why not!

I would suggest and strongly recommend that alibaba should start fax to email and email to fax services on very low cost. This will increase the number of members automatically as well as generate a huge amount of income for alibaba.com. I think its very easty for alibaba to start this service immediately.

after 5 year of doing business in China, I have not lost a cent; but you are right, security is so important. My first recommendation is to open a bank letter of credit, this instrument specify the terms of your contract and the bank will not paid if your profile is not met.
Next recommendation is to know your supplier, visit and mantain comunication before, durring and after the purchase. Some are willing to provide you with more that that you think.
