Ways to know a Fraudster

Hi guys,
I think, if we all contribute our experience/ideas about how to know a fraudster in this section, it will be grately benificial for everyone. Lets start with some general procedures we all follow. Add to this list if you think it will help.
1. Face to face meeting is the best way, no doubt.
2. Ask for trade/commercial licence copy with ref: no.
3. Check with the respective authority.
4. Ask for referrence.
5. Ask about the company from others in the same region.
6. Check bank details and match with Company details.
7. Match signature part, website and company details.
8. Try to get in touch with the Management only.
9. Insist on communicating through company mail account.
9. Keep record of all communications/conversations done.
10.Observe, is their interest mostly on money ?
11.No professional person ever says 'NO' to a good business opportunity.
12.Are they co-operating on giving proofs ? If not then its obvious.
13.An original company won't even try to hide anything.
14.Always pay if only it's a company account, not a personal account, unless you know them personally.

well done.a good reply .as a manufacturer ,we always like to invite buyer to come to our plant,not to meet in a hotel or bar or somewhere else.it is the true face to face .
most buyer wont come to place of original untill they come for the Fair .
go to visit the plant you are going to deal with ,most helps for your business indeed.
i am thinking of establishing such company in China .checking information for the buyers ,firstly the person plant has?does the plant look like the picture in the internet and the information it shown.
but so far how to get the credit ?should I serve for free at the beginning ?

There are a lot of Fraudsters. I do not really understand why do the government especially in African countries not to do anything to protect their own creditability and their own people. The image of the countries is damaged by these Fraudsters that I think that they need to be more serious for these Fraudsters.

Actually, too good to be true. Scamers is in everywhere. So that we want to
I advise that when you choose a supplier, you had better choose a supplier who is the gold supplier in alibaba , and be a member no less than 2 years.
If the supplier is the scamer, when alibaba received someone charge this supplier, they will stop to show this supplier's website and make clear whether it is true.
When alibaba make sure this supplier is a scamer, they will stop to show this supplier's website.
i think it is a better way to make safe business with these supplier who are on line no less than 2 years.
