we are selling wireless mouse and pc camera , one of our customers want a sample through UPS to Amercian ,the mouse only cost 2.1 usd but the shipping fee is as high as 40usd .
now i am negotiating with the agent of UPS in shenzhen city hopefully they can give me a lower price
