I think it's better to look for seller when you get a big order.But if your order is not large enough and once only,my opinion is do business with whole salers is good.Because you needn't worry to much in your order .

Take it easy!I think you must have never done imports ever before.Just as what Taiyi said,who you should contact with depends on how big the order is.However,you can also contact  with anyone who produced such goods .They may ask you to buy more than what you want,but the price of manufacuturer is more favorable if you can order a quanitity above their MOQ.If you can't buy enough goods,you may have to pay two times of the commodity value as they take your order as sample order.The extra fee for the sample will be refund to you when you place a bigger order.
