Hi All,

What's the cheapest way to ship parcels via air service between China and the US? I normally use FedEx, but the rates are about $200 US for a 10 lbs package- was wondering if there was anything cheaper.

Hi Dave,

I'd recommend you take a look at EMS (www.ems.com.cn). They usually take a few days longer than FedEx, but their rates are lower. EMS is part of China Post so they are a very reputable outfit.

The cheaper, the slower.

China Registered Post definitely is on the top of the cheapest list.

DHL World flat rate shipping is the cheapest,they beat everything listed above my half price.My normal international shipping is only $66.57 from the Philippines to the U.S Florida.Most all my shipping within the Asian hub from Manila,Phil. is under $20.If your using Fed.Ex or normal postal ground your getting beat-up on your shipping.I also use E-Balikayan Box`s,flat rate big and small box`s with no weight limit,i can get bulk order`s with them in 3 weeks depending on the items up to 100 units for $120.You divide that into the whole # and check out your cost per unit then.DHL is a door to door service as well,only take 3 to 5 days,never a problem.

We don't have ems available in Hawaii. I ship USPS Express Mail flat rate mailing envlope.
From Hawaii to UK is $30. It's double that with UPS and FedEx.
