I am an employee of a trad company, and I think that good working condition contains a lot.

Somebody will think that  big companies can offer it surely. But sometimes not , and different people has different ideas.

I think trust is most important, and then encouragement  follows. At least , I believe that everynoe has his or her potential, if the company can make use of theirs, and it will be  benificial to both of the personal and the company.
