If you mean someone who can help you to import goods into your own country, they are called "Customs Agents"
Look them up in your local telephone book.

You will need to find one with working experience on import-vendor vertification, QA, documentation, dealing with forwarders and so on.

Every country has companies which will professionally help you importing and exporting goods, you can contact them. If you want to import sanitary ware (like toilet, basin, urinal or other bathroom material) from China, please contact me. We are manufacturer of sanitary ware.
