I know that we shouldn't send clocks to Chinese business partners, because the pronunciation of clocks in Chinese is not lucky, it usually connected with traditional Chinese funerals.

I usually send by email a self-made e-gift, e.g., modifying the PPT I receive before X-mas by adding pictures I take of our company, revising the words in it to address our customers. After completion, I can send to different customers with little modifications. It costs no money, but customers like it very much. What's more, it will not violate the No-Gift policy in our agreement with customers. But it really produce the effects of a valuable gift may have. What do you guys think?
