I read your Forum on Alibaba. I think the price need according to so many sides ,like material , the way you know the market (both yours and foreign country) ,also related to the freight and also your target price.
For the samples ,if the the Value is not very high,the supplyer always use fee sample and buyer to pay the express fee!

It all depends on the type of materials, the quantity ordered and the size of the factory. I have been in textile industry forever, having worked both for companies in China and companies in US. I currently reside in Atlanta, GA.

Hallo, they are additional ways to earn money and some chinese companies for example Anhui Hummer arrange and book transport for You and You have to pay irrational price for this service , try to arrange transport with Your forwarder, You can get lower prices but then You have to three times more for transport and the price paid for the product is higher
