never get contact with the seller

I just bought some hardware from a company called Minhetech but never got a replay from the seller after i bought the hardware is it scam company or not

They didn't reply you? Do you mean you have paid them but they haven't shipped the goods to you?
Maybe they work inefficiently. Maybe you should take some patience to wait. Or any other reasons why they haven't replied you.
