We arranged to purchase chopsticks from Fuzhou Yujinyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd. We asked them the price and then agreed to it. Last minute, they changed the price - with a poor excuse - raising the price by about 5%. So in the end we proceeded to send them the money for the chopsticks we agreed on. We sent them the file - and they printed it UPSIDE DOWN. We complained to them about it, and in return, we were first told that: "it is not upside down". Uh, how stupid do they think we are? We complained again and the reply this time was: "it's fine the way it is. we are hardly making any profit on it, so please understand". In other words, they want us to accept their fault. We complained again and they replied: "ok, we will fix it and send you a sample". Guess what the sample was... the exact same upside down printing they had done in the first place!!

This company takes no responsibility to produce a product correctly. And if it is wrong, then you are screwed! Don't buy from them. And certainly do NOT pay them before you have all of the exact correct goods in hand.
