why everytime after I reply,but customer no reactions.

I have received two E-mails,one is inquiring our scooters,one is inquiring our conmestic mirror
Customers seem very like our products,but why after I reply ,no one reaction?I don"t know which place maybe I
do not very well? I am grateful if you can tell me or your experience.

The most likley is that they have either not want the product now, or they have found a better, cheaper alternative elsewhere.
As a buyer I never try to settle on the first price i get.
Try online selling courses, they may help you close the sale effectivley.
