I have been scammed a few times already using my ebay accounts to auction products for chinese suppliers then the customer never receives the items so I have to pay out of my pocket to refund the buyer's. I am asking them to let the ebay buyer recieve the item and ok it with me before I release the buyer's payment to them but they are scared that the buyer will get the product and they will not get paid so I understand it's a 2-way street here so what's the best way to go about this? Since I am delaing with "unbranded" items I don't wish to purchase then find out it will not sell good on ebay.

buy the product in lots, stock them, and stay in control of the shipment.

You should have some stock, if you dont prepare any stock, you have to take this risk...thats fair!

 

Or you should find some Taiwanese  or Hong Kong suppliers which they have factory in China, at least Taiwanese and Hong Kong people know better than you how to communicate with Chinese and they speak sme language.

the reason why your drop shipping is because you dont want to have to stock all the styles , if you pay before then there is nothing holding them back from screwing you. what you should do is insist that you pay with secured shippment or after the item has already been shipped with a tracking number. also the first time they mess up dont go for any of there lies , change suppliers imeediatly. if they want you back as a customer be firm that you are only willing to pay after the goods are shipped.

escrow hold money owing to supplier for several days after delivery

awaiting conformation from buyer.after 3 days even no confimation payment is released,

which by then delivery is made and any queries by your customer is taken care of.
