Nov. 5th 2009 they refused to answer my E-mail nor communicate with me. Please how can Alibaba help people from being robbed of their hard earn money. Infact this type of petty theives can't trade on ebay. I hope, Alibaba, should learn from other market place like ebay, overstock.com, and amazon I suggest Alibaba should stand-out mediate between buyers and supplier. Alibaba can't claim to be the world largest market place, yet acting like a sleeping lion. Please find a way to protect buyers and suppliers.
