Well, I thought the hard part was over

Okay, so found a good manufacturer in China. Very careful with getting samples before ordering and so on.

Placed 1st and 2nd order everything went smoothly - items arrived as agreed  - same as samples.

This time was a re-order. Exactly the same as the 1st shipment.  However, item that was sent is NOT like the first product. Very different - slightly different shade. Bad quality material, bad workmanship.

Trying to work it out with the supplier right now but do I have any other recourse? Where did I go wrong?

 

PayPal & Escrow - A must for your own security. Escrow will not release money to seller until items have been delivered and you are satified. I worry about ordering from suppliers who do not have PayPal account as this leaves the system open. Also, it costs a lot to return items of weight.

Find some credibility higher manufacturer, it is guaranteed.
Now there is a good website devoted to free import and export products purchasing and selling information.
