I just started trading on alibaba, but i am a bit confused about the meaning of these 3 words : FOB, C&F  and CIF price.

Please could you give and explain me the meaning of FOB, C&F and CIF  price.

FOB=Free on board   , this is a trader term, means seller is responsible for delivery the goods to the buyer's appointed vessel,once the goods pass the shipboard,, buyer should be responsible for all of the risks and pay for the freight cost. before passing the shipboard, seller should be responsbile for all of the inland freight cost,and customs clearnce cost, ect.

C&F= FOB+freight cost

CIF=FOB+freight cost+insurance cost
