i m planing to buy sony tvs lcd from gold suppliers in china it is safe specialy they don t accept paypal ?? or alipay ?

In your case it's recommended to use AliPay or another escrow service because it's usually not possible to buy LCD TVs from well-known international companies (like Sony) on Chinese wholesale websites at cheap prices far below market price.
Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer are unsafe payment methods because it's very difficult or almost impossible to get your money back if something goes wrong with the business.

Paypal works wonderfully in China provided there is no expectation that you will need to transfer money from paypal to bank. The better method for china supplier is to keep money in paypal and purchase from others who accept.
