I am in the process of settling a deal where I will ask my supplier in China to directly ship the goods to the consignee in the US. I am a little confused about all the documentation process and mechanism in such a case, Where the actual buyer is in India but goods are shipped directly to some other country. How to negotiate post shipment documents in this case??
