I want to import Iphones to the u.s. do I need any license to do that and/or permit from the u.s government.
What should I do next?

No, no licence required, but customs will seize them and fine you if you should try.
You can only buy them from an authorised distributor in the U.S.
All others (from Asia) are scams or fakes.
