Here is my story~~
last week I bought some clothes form an online store, the boss of that store is very kind and friendly, it makes me feel very happy to do business with her. She gave me many useful suggesstions about the clothes. When I want to buy a white shirt, she told me that shirt is a very normal one and also expensive, and the pictures are more beautiful than the the real one. Then she recommend me another shirt, which is really beautiful and suitable for me.
Really a good topic,I'd better think twice before adding my views,just come to increase popurlarity now.
now,I'm telling my business story,
Last month,I met a customer via trademanager,I' was very exciting,because he is my first customer,i did my best hard to achieve his order,and he was also very appreciate my work.it seemed he will be a long term customer,and we said "nice" to each other regularly.he also sent me some other product drawings,but we haven't basis material of some products he wanted,so I searched the material during my friends and some other suppliers online.but it 's no use for businss.so I tell the truth to he.he said it's nothing,and told me he had sent to his customer the samples which I sent to him.and let me waiting his news.I took a long breath,because I felt very sorry to him.
But since the day I tell him the turth,I havn't seen him any more.
So,my all dear,what's the mistake I had made,I was very puzzled on it.
How should I do last time?
I'm a big green too,I work for a plastic company. During the last two months,I have no achievements.But I still work very hard,I believe that I could do something someday,haha! Believe in yourself,friends!
The biggest impression of one of my buyers was very tough.
I was a sales before and at that time,there were many sales in our company, this buyer,let's call him Jack. jack talked to one of my colleagues Tim on trademanager, asking for a quotation, Tim quoted him the first price like our profit is 30%, jack didn't buy it, he just cut the price one dollar by one dollar till the price is down to 5% of our cost, because our item is small item, 5%profit is very little, so Tim just feel frustrated and told him we can't accept at that price, because we will loose money. jack just spoke in an uncomfortable tone " you're not the only one to sell this item, i got money i can buy everything". As it appears, they can't make this deal.
After that, somehow, Jack talked to me on trademanager too, and have me quote the same item, i quote the best price(10%profit), also, he bargained and said he can buy from others cheaper at dollars---prcie which is less than our cost.
i just said" why don't you buy from this suplier? if they sell at this price with the same quality, then i wanna buy from them, because that's cheaper than our cost, could you help me to introduce?"Jack came to silence,like 5minutes passed,he asked me about payment terms, and i talked to myself" have we made this deal?', yeah, we made it. and i and jake became good friends, he said" you're the best slaeman i ever met".
Honest, i feel so proud of myself, i think what i learnt is skillful negotion and luck is also esstial.
