First off Renee you should be looking for a wholesaler that has these capabilities not a manufacturer. There are several in the U.S. that can accomplish this for you and that are verified by the BBB in the U.S..
What you can do is buy them in bulk and then instead of having a logo screen printed on the device you can order sheets of clear plasic logos that you can apply yourself if your only doing short sells to your customers.
If the logo is to promote your own company and or that of a buyer needing a logo on the device this is a better way to go.
