                          i want help/suggestions on an issue of export, please read below all scenario carefully and do suggest me safest tips and safeties:
I had an inquiry from a customer from africa or neighboring country, benin i think, they want to buy products from me in following way:
1- They said, first order will be by 100% irrevocable confirmed sight L/C. they says, we always make 100% L/C for our first order because we have signed agreement with ABN AMRO BANK N.V in Netherlands that our first order will be L/C. **THey are in benin and establishing LC with foreign bank as reffered.
2- They want delivery by Air Freight.
3- And says, partial shipments will be allowed. TRANSHIPMENT IS ALLOWED
4-they said: once you make the shipment,you will just forward the L/C document for payment.
5- invoice is almost $125,000 or some more.

I want to ask as its an Air freight, what steps should i follow in order to not spent any prepaid fee on freight etc?
